  • Customers are eligible for a full refund on hosting services within 30 days from the date of service activation.

  • Refund requests submitted after 30 days of activation are not eligible under any circumstances.

2. Non-Refundable Services:

  • Domain Name Registrations and Renewals: All domain-related fees are non-refundable once the domain is registered, as per global domain registration regulations.

  • Setup fees, third-party services, and any custom work performed are also non-refundable.

3. Refund Method:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 14 business days of approval.

4. How to Request a Refund:
